  • Upgraded all BBB servers & Mastodon servers
  • Will finish the document for Nordunet today

  • The Data Management plan is pushed to the repo (architecture).

  • Fiddling with the latest Matrix setup - standard setup for small organisations & one for larger organisations
  • No blockers

• Kevin

  • Forgeje to the Proxmox server: need to change ip-address.
  • Has no idea how to change the ip-address. @Nicolas offers to help out. After standup tomorrow.
  • Koen: this is a docs issue. Is there some docs for this? Nicholas: this is probably in NixOps docs. Maybe add this to the readme/FAQ?

  • Will help Kevin tomorrow after standup.

  • Wrapped up Agenix integration last Friday
  • Secrets are now in the repo using Agenix & not just locally.
  • Continues to work on seperating Garage backend & services

  • No blockers
  • Continued the internal project management report.
  • Will continue with the internal project. management report for the year 2024.

• Richard

  • Read up on Promotheus to check if we can use this as a monitor tool for NixOps.
  • Koen: have a look at updating Proxmox. Check impact.
  • Ronny: check mail so the Promotheus can send out mail

• Robert

  • No blockers
  • Fixed a bug, working on testing & documenting.
  • Docs will be useable within a week or so.
  • Bjorn: @Kevin check out the docs to see if this is useable for you as well.

  • Website is almost there, have a look at wp.fediversity.eu
  • Has other obligations today. Will continue on fediversity tomorrow
