- Ronny converted the Gantt chart and architecture diagram to UML, following the meeting from yesterday

- Bjorn asked what the status of the old project board on Forgejo is
- The deliverables are formalized only for Tweag's responsibilities
- Issues are out of date, need to close as completed/irrelevant, and add recent issues based on action items from meeting notes
- Once done, everyone should be responsible to keep it in good shape at fine granularity
- Valentin reviewed Nicolas' infra code refactorings
- Nicolas needs reviews from ProcoliX with respect to bespoke server configuration, there are some open questions
- Kevin will take a look
- Gheorghe prepared the next architecture meeting to present what's been done so far
- Will review spending next and start planning for the next phase
