- No work; celebrations at Procolix
- Forgejo: might want to migrate it to a newer virtulisation provider.
- Migrating is just a copy of the storage
- Ronny: maybe update NixOS 24.11? This includes Forgejo 9. Will look into it.

- Has some insights into the projects that have submitted to the subgrants. Interesting packages that would enhance our offerings.
- In Jan 2025 grants will probably be goedgekeurd
- Some monitoring might be wise, but not as a part of the project itself. Just for ourselves.
- Monitoring: prometheus & nixos works well.

- Fixing bugs

- Spent time on Agenix to add this to the repo
- @Robert: could you have a look at this PR?
- Seperating services from Garage. Hopes to get something before the holidays.
- Wiki is now returning HTTP 500. Will look into this.
- Forgejo stopped email notifications. Will add this to Agenix (secret)

- Has not been working on Fediversity yesterday due to other commitments
- Has been working on the new website & will continue this to get this ready asap. After this continue with the media package
- Monitoring of services? Ronny: Out-of-scope for now for the project unless for the stuff we use.
