+  * Had a talk of 2+ hrs on the planning with Björn yesterday
+  * Spoke with a group of young women studying marketing at Rotterdam Hogeschool. They will work on trying to create PR to explain Fediverse to Hogeschool students. 10wks will result in a plan. V:Any feedback moments? 
+  * 1th week of Jan there will be a feedback moment. Check if Björn can take part as well. 
+  * Haven't told them about the doom & gloom privacy

+  * Working on documentation & tests

+Valentin, Nicolas & Robert will evaluate secrets management techniques around noon today. Valentin will make sure to communicate the discussion notes with the rest of the team.

+  * Added workpackages to Kanban board as milestones 
+    * Also created some issues with stuff that needs to be taken care of & assigned Koen, Ronny & myself
+  * Need to discuss how to divide the workpackages into the nitty-gritty details the team can work on. Probably next week.

+  * Sent an email on the website decision: we will continue to use the system Valentin made for the docs, but for the marketing & communication website we will use a different system which works well with the people at Procolix. To be continued
