* Found the hardware for the physical CI. Will test the I/O rate. First time to deploy it will be Friday.

* Found a solution to fix unit tests
* Did some code reviews
* Consulted with Nicolas

* Secrets managements need to be adressed
* Reworked the tests to limit the amount of VM layers
* NixOS test seem a bit too limited, perhaps Robert can help?
* PR Peertube test runs in CI, but needs used lots sleep calls need to replace this with explicit waits (wait until..)
* Headless mode video playing seems diff from local Firefox.

* Had a talk of 2+ hrs on the planning with Björn yesterday
* Spoke with a group of young women studying marketing at Rotterdam Hogeschool. They will work on trying to create PR to explain Fediverse to Hogeschool students. 10wks will result in a plan. V:Any feedback moments?
* 1th week of Jan there will be a feedback moment. Check if Björn can take part as well.
* Haven't told them about the doom & gloom privacy

* Working on documentation & tests

* Getting to better performance & move Selenium into the right vm

Valentin, Nicolas & Robert will evaluate secrets management techniques around noon today. Valentin will make sure to communicate the discussion notes with the rest of the team.

* Added workpackages to Kanban board as milestones
* Also created some issues with stuff that needs to be taken care of & assigned Koen, Ronny & myself
* Need to discuss how to divide the workpackages into the nitty-gritty details the team can work on. Probably next week.
* Meeting with EDPS after this one
* Sent an email on the website decision: we will continue to use the system Valentin made for the docs, but for the marketing & communication website we will use a different system which works well with the people at Procolix. To be continued
