* Almost ready with Matrix documentation.
* Can be merged (@Nicolas, @Valentin)
* If merged, would like to share this with the Matrix community.
* @Hans: please mention Valentin & Nicolas for merging

* Wrapping up some loose ends
* Then moving on to the main goal, terraform integration:
* stateful resources
* terraform adapter as a nixops resource provider
* so far all our apis have a terraform provider that we could reuse
* developing api integrations from scratch as native terraform providers would be a waste of effort (until we learn more perhaps)

* Just starting after the Holidays
* Will work on migrating Forgejo
* Richard
* Looked into Prometheus & Grafana.
* Would like to use this to monitor infra (not part of the Fediversity project deliverables!)
* Hans would like to help test this with his Matrix work. Will have a chat with Richard
* Kevin mentions that encrypted communication between the services is something which needs some attention

* Just starting after the holidays
* Looking into project management / planning.
* Would like to start with a bi-weekly planning/review meeting to get more insights into the development & start working on a roadmap.
