* Koen
* Watched the architecture meeting. Has shared his notes in Matrix channel. Will need to discuss this a bit with some people. Might need different perspectives in the TA doc to show a global overview.
* Hardware part: should be part of the document. Needs to be added.
* Will discuss the next steps with Björn
* Next week: discuss TA v0.1 doc
* Secrets management: Adding another service adheres to the general approach.
* Will look into CI/CD package tomorrow
* Kevin
* Spent time on physical server (Intel optane boot, faster cpu)
* Will not be available tomorrow, will work on it Friday
* Estimate ready: early next week?

* Minor blocker: making a decision on secrets management.
* Vaultwarden has the benefit of becoming part of the flow: it will just be one of many services, and marginal cost of adding and deploying one should go to zero.
* Git solution: has some 'smells'
* Propose to go ahead with Vaultwarden
* Ready to discuss the architecture doc. Prefer sooner than later.
* Has time to consult on the Nix part.

* Would like to have a planning session starting next year in order to be able to plan ahead for a whole week
* Will have a project partners meetup today; goal is to align all partners
* WIll also have a chat with Koen on delivering the architecture document

* Spent time on the secrets management meeting. There's notes with the thoughts by the Robert, Valentin in the Matrix.
* 2 big solutions: 1) very based on git. 2) maybe better for people not wanting to deal too much with git.
* Sleeps are replaced by explicit waits, but hit some issues with it
* There's a PR on PeerTube NixOS package. it is now in nixos master, will be in unstable soon, in 6months in stable.
