* Ronny converted the Gantt chart and architecture diagram to UML, following the meeting from yesterday
* (some review comments on minor details)
* Bjorn asked what the status of the old project board on Forgejo is
* The deliverables are formalized only for Tweag's responsibilities
* Issues are out of date, need to close as completed/irrelevant, and add recent issues based on action items from meeting notes
* Once done, everyone should be responsible to keep it in good shape at fine granularity
* Valentin reviewed Nicolas' infra code refactorings
* Nicolas needs reviews from ProcoliX with respect to bespoke server configuration, there are some open questions
* Kevin will take a look
* Gheorghe prepared the next architecture meeting to present what's been done so far
* Will review spending next and start planning for the next phase
