Attendees: Gheorghe, Koen, Ronny, Valentin, Richard
* Richard is Kevin's vacation replacement
* Will provide Nicolas with DNS access
* Bjoern will join some of the standups, will determine the concrete schedule this week
* Ronny brought him up to speed yesterday
* Will get to know everyone separately
* Koen:
* Arranged the travel to the Zurich meetup
* Will have an exploratory talk with a potential hire this week
* Plan engage with NORDUNET this week, so they start looking into Fediverse applications
* Nicolas has made a small setup with four services last week
* Now decoupling the Garage configuration and testing the deployment roundtrips
* Should finish today or tomorrow to have Garage on a fully independent machine
* Have some design questions on the way
* Will put them in the code, open an issue, and ping the Matrix channel
* Koen will be available this week
* Ronny asks for a presentation on NixOps4, since it's such a crucial component
* Valentin offers Robert to help preparing one
* Scheduled as a lightning talk for the ZHF Hackathon
* Plans for FOSDEM 2025:
* There will be a Nix devroom, which we could join
* There could also be a Fediverse devroom (not sure yet)
* We could also have a Fediversity BoF session
* Sign-ups open soon
* Koen and Bjoern will take care of that
* Will also ask some Fediverse people
* OFFDEM happens in the vicinity, may also be an option
* Valentin investigated accessible and mobile-friendly semantic designs for the website
* Will make it "look good" tomorrow
