i rebased / push-forced to update for the httpie PR - in retrospect i could've perhaps closed that in favor of this one.

(side note: having the branch name match the name of a directory in the repo made the git commands to locally check out your PR a bit more painful. 😭)

i'm not - a friend tried to get me into it, but despite emacs' functionality i had mixed feelings notably w.r.t. keybinding ergonomics.
my current setup is centered around using editor helix with git TUI lazygit 😅, hence i tried suggesting them to get functionality on par with magit there.
