Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
we used to facilitate iteration in local interactive VMs, which facilitated port forwarding and disabling SSL.
we could further redeploy to interactive VMs without restarting tests.
once our development cycle becomes application-oriented again, we could consider supporting such functionality again.
