As a Fediversity maintainer,
given that our application use Kubernetes services (#624),
and contracts may be used across nodes (#603),
I want contracts to work coordinated across Kubernetes services,
so that they will work as intended in the Kubernetes setting.

implementation notes

i added a test nixos/tests/contracts/database-modular-services.nix demonstrating this principle at #506343.
