As a host,
I want to be able to provision appropriate infrastructure for Fediversity on deployment,
so that when an operator makes a deployment, resources are allocated appropriately.

implementation notes

may imply splitting dev to that + hosting-provider
this may well involve components of an application requesting resources, and a host policy handling these, not unlike for NixOS-level resources.
provisioning infrastructure declaratively could be handled using e.g. infrastructure-as-code tools
a complication here would be migrating relevant application data (c.f. #123).
