As a Nix developer,
I want for the UI panel to come bundled into a Fediversity NixOS configuration,
so that using it will be simple.

implementation notes

  • implies a deployment method targeting the host system
  • if panel domain is not yet set, access by localhost / mDNS / IP
  • c.f. #304, distinguishing tight-coupling of logic from bundling into the NixOS instance
