As a Nix developer,
I want for the UI panel to come bundled into a Fediversity NixOS configuration,
so that using it will be simple.

implementation notes

implies a deployment method targeting the host system
if panel domain is not yet set, access by localhost / mDNS / IP
c.f. #304, distinguishing tight-coupling of logic from bundling into the NixOS instance

tbh its inclusion in hosting-provider now is supposed to already facilitate its deployment - at best what remains here then would be demand for more accessible deployment methods
