Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
As a Fediversity user,
I want to have an option to keep or delete associated data when disabling an application,
so that I may choose to resume the application later.
Test:
Given I have a deployed service using S3 storage,
When I disable the service using FediPanel,
Then there is an option to select retention or deletion of data that will be realized on deployment.
