General blocker: FOSSDEM proposal review (B, G, R)

 * Will send in the proposal

Kevin
 * I/o rate was the performance bottle neck. Will discuss with Koen: If a physical CI/CD server is an option. Based on testing physical looks like it will be much faster
 * Tip: maybe ask Eric about this. 

Ronny 
 * No blocker (except FOSSDEM review)
 * Shows the Gantt chart. 3.4 should become 2.4

Gheorghe
 * No blocker (except FOSSDEM review)
 * Will look at Robert's proposal 
 * Check what has been worked on (change value) 
 * Architecture / persistance question
